Weekly Advisory
$1,200 / Month

Four calls per month plus Voxer and email support between sessions.

This is where most clients start, and for good reason. The issues that bring studio owners to consulting are rarely singular. A pricing problem is usually also a payroll problem. A retention problem is usually also a scheduling or compensation structure problem. Weekly meetings give us enough time to source the issue, not just treat the symptom.

What we work on:

Revenue structure, payroll analysis and restructuring, team management, hiring, compensation models, operations, scheduling, client retention, systems documentation. We follow the numbers.

What to expect over the first 3-4 months:

By the time most Weekly Advisory clients hit the 3-4 month mark, we have recalculated your revenue structure based on actual data and have a draft-plan for restructuring payroll. We’re also outlining a working set of systems documentation: staff handbooks, SOPs and updated team policies.

That foundation takes a motivated owner 3-4 months to build. It takes 6-10 months to implement without disrupting your team. Some owners continue at the weekly cadence through implementation. Others transition to Monthly Advisory once the foundational work is complete and they have the tools to execute independently.

Minimum commitment: 3 months.

Right for you if: You have an active studio or service-based practice, you're ready to put your actual numbers on the table, and you want consistent support while you work through it. Most new clients start here.

Not the right fit if: You're looking for a course, a template or a one-call fix. This is ongoing, engaged consulting. It requires you to show up, share your numbers and implement between calls.


Monthly Advisory
$360 / Month

One call per month plus Voxer and email support between sessions.

Monthly Advisory works when the foundational work is already done. If you have a clear revenue structure, a functioning team and the operational capacity to implement between calls, one focused monthly session is often enough to stay on track, pressure-test decisions and keep the numbers honest.

What we work on:

Whatever is most pressing that month. Most Monthly Advisory calls are part strategic check-in, part specific problem. You bring questions and challenges. I support through collaboration, spreadsheets and an action plan.

Right for you if: You've completed a Weekly Advisory engagement and are ready to slow the cadence. Or you're an experienced operator who is primarily self-directed, has front desk or management support for implementation and needs a consistent outside perspective rather than weekly accountability.

Not the right fit if: You're new to this type of consulting work, haven't yet done a full revenue and payroll analysis, or are in the middle of a significant operational change. Start with Weekly Advisory.


Admin+ Advisory
$860 / Month

One call per month plus 10 hours of administrative and operational support.

Everything in Monthly Advisory, with the addition of hands-on administrative support from a dedicated team member: software and client account management, lead intake, front desk systems support and front desk staff training.

This exists because some studio owners don't just need strategic direction. They need someone in the systems. If the front desk function is currently falling to you, or if your front desk staff needs structure and oversight you don't have time to provide, this closes that gap.

What the 10 hours covers:

Mindbody or similar software management, client account maintenance, lead intake and follow-up, front desk SOP implementation and front desk staff training support. Scope is set at the start of each month based on current priorities.

Right for you if: You're a solo operator or small studio where front desk and administrative functions are owned by the owner. You need both strategic direction and operational execution, and you're ready to hand off the day-to-day account management.

Not the right fit if: You have an existing front desk team that is functioning well and primarily need strategic consulting. Monthly Advisory is the better fit.
