Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BALANCED STATE LLC ("Consultant") located in the city of Spicewood, county of Burnet, and state of Texas. By using the services or accessing the Consultant's website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using the Consultant's services or accessing the premises.

Services and Membership

1.1 Description of Services: The Consultant offers private and group coaching services. The specific details of the services, including private calls, workshops, pricing and availability, are subject to change without prior notice.

1.2 Participation Requirements: In order to participate in the Consultant's services, you may be required to purchase packages or sign contracts.

Policies

2.1 Code of Conduct: You are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner while attending the Consultant's services. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others may result in the immediate termination of your participation with the Consultant.

2.2 Booking and Cancellation: Calls and workshops require advance booking, and the Consultant has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fail to show up for a booked service, you may be charged a fee.

Payments and Refunds

3.1 Fees and Payment: You agree to pay the fees associated with attending calls or workshops as outlined by the Consultant. You are required to pay for services in advance, prior to attendance.

3.2 No-Refund Policy: All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place to ensure the Consultant can effectively manage its schedule and resources.

3.3 Expiration Dates: Individual sessions, packages, contracts and other fees have an expiration date. Please note this prior to purchase.

Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Data Collection and Use: The Consultant may collect personal information from you for the purpose of providing services and maintaining your attendance. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information are governed by the Consultant's privacy policy.

4.2 Marketing Communications: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Consultant unless you opt out. You can manage your communication preferences by contacting the Consultant or following the instructions provided in the communications.

Modifications and Termination

5.1 Modifications: The Consultant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any services, contract, or these Terms at its discretion. Notice of any significant changes will be communicated to you through reasonable means.

5.2 Termination: The Consultant may terminate your contract or access to services if you fail to comply with these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or breach the Consultant's policies. Termination may result in the forfeiture of any remaining prepaid fees, access or credits.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Texas.

By using the Consultant's services or accessing the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided by the Consultant. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Consultant's services or accessing the premises.
