My journey has begun

Earlier this week, I began training to become a Certified Pricing Overhaul® Coach, a program developed and mentored by Erin Haag and Jane Bahneman.

After 15 years (and counting) of profitable studio ownership, I have come to rely on spreadsheets that tell me just how much to charge for each of my services in order to cover expenses and contribute to a healthy profit. But there's another aspect of pricing that we so often overlook. It's the mindset piece. Trust me when I say that while numbers may be the brass tacks of business health, mindset is the motivator. 

At its essence, service-based businesses rely on an exchange of values. For example, you provide your expertise as a wellness professional in exchange for your client’s money. But for many of us, this logical approach to pricing is still not enough.

You have to believe you are worth it. 

(And you are.)

This is where mindset comes in. And it’s the first step in the Pricing Overhaul® program.
