Elevate your business beyond the basics

You’ve built something meaningful—a space where your expertise shines and your clients thrive.

Now it’s time to fine-tune your operations and elevate your business to its next phase of success.

In my sixth year of owning a Pilates studio, I realized the systems and strategies that once worked no longer fit the growing needs of my business.

Now, as I enter my 16th year with Somaspace, I’m inspired to mentor other boutique studio owners and wellness practitioners as they navigate their own growth with clarity, precision, and confidence.

My name is Amanda Vernor, and I opened my studio, Somaspace, in 2009. What started as a home studio has grown into a beautiful storefront location on the westside of downtown Austin. This journey has been filled with lessons, challenges, and tremendous reward.

Along the way, I’ve developed business coaching programs that reflect my financial and operational strengths as a small business owner and mentor.

Each of my offerings focus on practical, actionable strategies to help studio owners thrive and scale with intention. Together, we will create a roadmap for growth that’s practical, achievable, and uniquely yours.

From Studio Owner to CEO

Is a business coach right for you?

If any of these sound familiar, you are not alone.

  • You’re unsure of how to grow or scale your business without sacrificing your values or personal life.

  • The pressure to constantly be "on"—whether in the office, during sessions, on social media, or networking—is draining your energy.

  • You’ve hit a plateau, unsure of how to take your business to the next level without burning out.

  • You feel like you’re doing it all alone and long for support from someone who truly understands the challenges of business ownership.

Wherever you are in your business ownership journey, I want to help you succeed.

You deserve it.

  • Paying yourself feels like a constant struggle—and sometimes, it doesn’t happen at all.

  • Despite putting in endless hours, it feels like there’s nothing left at the end of the month.

  • You’re juggling multiple roles—practitioner, marketer, accountant—leaving little time for yourself.

  • The business side of things feels like a never-ending puzzle, with finances, scheduling, and staffing all demanding attention at once.
